This is a great incentive. Every community can’t do without these people. The Chinese community I am in has great community staff. I have learned a lot and am familiar with the game.

How about making the “Value-adding community projects” not only mod based ? Or have more levels in it. They could be occasional rewards
Successful proposals from the community member (or mods) coming up with ingame or Discord events ideas, finding ingenious ways to solve problems, demonstrates exemplary behaviour etc
A small practical question : what happens if, for example, you miss 1 week (illness, holidays, private matters…) ?
Would you catch up with the work? Do overtime the next weeks ? Or will the countdown start at the moment you get back to Discord ?

About the bug bounty program :
- The maximum 1000 RBW seems low, some exploits, especially around the smarts contracts and server signature security could easily lead to ten thousands if not hundreds of value extraction.
- It would be also fair to make it retroactive.

I’d be happy to make this tie to another currency like USD or EUR and bumping the allocation higher initially. It’s asking for a lot of work and that should pay like actual work. I’d say 1500 USD/month equivalent of RBW for 40h/week. Would probably mean more RBW today and less in the future, but it should be better for the individuals who would be able to treat the role as actual work.

I agree with this adjust, since if discord is our main communication part, we better make telegram as options or even some kind of add on incentive for this proposal. Like make it Discord / Dicord, Telegram And give more incentive on top of it.
Because in my own experienced for about six months we can see that all mod have there own different spacialty. But I can tell that everyone is here for helping eachother building this community up together.

Totally agree, if you guys went to the Chinese area to see how conscientious the mods are, we even think there should be an award for Tier 5. BTW, the award should go back to when they started their positions, thank you all MODs!

Thanks for the feedback. I think your first point about value-added community projects is great. Right now we have this forum where a community member could propose a project along with a funding request. So you can do this now. I will send this ask back to the team to see if makes sense for us to formalize a program around it outside the mod system.
I’ll pass that additional consideration along and we will have more info on Discord about the program when it’s launched.

I will vote no on the proposal because of the bug bounty program.
We can’t reward only 1000 RBW for “critical” bug. Like I said previously, any “critical” bug might lead to enormous value extraction which can lead to the death of the game. You don’t want any kind of issue like Axie did suffer with the bridge exploit, so we need to have higher rewards tier for bug bounty program which can rewards massively and attract whitehats to protect the game.
