Regarding the identified calculation error in the breeding tool, the Playcore team received updated documentation from Laguna Games (LG) and has applied the fix to the breeding tool. We will release the update after a round of testing from LG team has been done as well. Thank you for the support!

I am happy that tools are being developed and that they are getting updates. I question the value of these tools as being separate from the core applications and their continued support/accuracy. Rather than be funded through governance, I recommend that these be behind a pay wall (true test of value) or ad wall (less direct costs, and based on views).
I would be more likely to vote for these types of proposals if they could demonstrate how they will increase the number of NEW users and/or how they will increase the MAUs. These are really the only metrics we should be funding these days.
